SCORE Association, "Counselors to America's Small Business" is now available at the Swezey Commerce Center every Wednesday to provide free advice and assistance to current and potential business owners.  

SCORE's experienced loca business counselors provide general business advice on everything from how to write a business plan, to cash flow management, to expanding your existing business.  SCORE provides key services - both face-to-face and online counseling.

"We are here to council people who want to start a business and people who want to solve a problem with their existing business". said Bob Bailey, district director of the organization that was launched in 1964 as the Service Corps of Retired Executives.  "Two of us will be in Lafayette every Wednesday.  We can handle six appointments each day, each one hour long."
