An initiative of the Diversity Roundtable* is to make diversity training more broadly
available to the community. Towards this goal, Ivy Tech Community College is offering
a series of affordable classes in Creating and Sustaining a Diverse Workplace.
Seeking input from employers on proposed curriculum, a Discovery Session will be
presented on December 10th, 2009. Employers will have an opportunity to express
needs and barriers that prevent achieving this goal while helping guide the curriculum to address those needs.
